Our mission is to deliver the industry's only comprehensive engine and aftertreatment carbon removal products and processes, all at prices that remain practical and affordable for shops and fleets of every size. We specialize in advanced, state-of-the-art hydrogen generator systems designed to safely and effectively remove dry carbon deposits from your engine and its critical components, helping to restore performance, efficiency, and reliability without invasive disassembly. In addition, our BAC101 two-part cleaning system is engineered to eliminate soot, ash, and oil buildup from diesel particulate filters (DPFs) and catalytic converters without the need to remove these components from the vehicle, saving time and labor. "One of our large fleet customers had an asset towed in because it was in de-rate. The SCR efficiency was at 40% and the asset was in the shop for removal and cleaning of the DFP filter.
We started our service using our S8-3400 Hydrogen generator to inject HHO gas into the intake manifold. Then we sprayed our BAC101 through the seventh injector. After the process was complete, we took the asset for a drive, and it was no longer going into de-rate. Then we performed a parked Re-Gen to make sure there was no more residue in the system. The entire process took about two hours. Afterward, SCR efficiency was at 100% and the asset was deemed ready to go back on the road.
This customer normally pulls their DPFs at 400k miles to be cleaned, and their failure rate from baking/blowing was near 60%. Because of our service, that asset is still on the road six months later without needing to pull the DPF to be cleaned. The customer is extremely happy with the results because of the time and money they saved. They sent us more assets to service and will be implementing this service into their scheduled maintenance program moving forward."
